WASTECOM® CPS SCREW COMPACTORS
WASTECOM® CPS screw compactors are designed for dewatering and compacting screened solids in civil and industrial wastewater treatment plants. They consist of a conveyor trough made from stainless steel, a shaftless extra heavy-duty spiral made from carbon steel, a compacting and dewatering discharge module, a return duct for pressed out water, and a drive unit suitable for the application.
SCREENINGS COMPACTORS (CHP)
CHP Screenings compactors are used to compact screenings by means of a hydraulic ram in both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment applications. They consist of a compaction zone equipped with a hydraulic ram, a hydraulic gear case, and a compacting pipe.
SHAFTED WASHER COMPACTORS (VWP)
VWP Shafted washer compactors are used to compact screenings while removing organic particles in both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
SHAFTED WASHER COMPACTORS (VWP WM)
The VWP WM shafted washer compactors are designed for compacting screenings while removing organic particles. They are used in both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Their key advantage is the volume reduction of up to 65%, which leads to odour abatement. These compactors are known for their low maintenance costs.
