GRITSEP™ FGC Fluid Dynamic Grit Classifiers

Travelling Bridges for Grease and Grit Removal (PVD)
PVD Travelling bridges are used to remove grease and grit from rectangular tanks in both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. They consist of a movable truck lying on two traction trolleys. One surface scraper and one bottom scraper are installed underneath the truck.

GRITSEP™ DS Grit classifiers ensure efficient separation of grit or sand from wastewater through decantation and removal by means of a conveyor screw. They consist of an inclined screw conveyor with a large volume loading and sedimentation hopper.
Circular Grit Trap (DSP)
DSP Circular grit trap is used to remove sand from sewage in wastewater treatment plants. The equipment consists of a drive unit complete with a central bearing, two steel blades operated by an impeller, and a central air lift pipe.
