MEMBRANE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES (VHS-C)
As its predecessor, the VHS-type, the VHS-C pressure relief valve is the last safety net when abnormal pressure conditions endanger the silo structure. This is why sudden excess or suction pressure inside the silo has to be dealt with instantly. Even though ideally a VHS-C pressure relief valve should never have to go into action, it must be efficient and reliable if needed.
SPRING-LOADED PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES (VCP)
These valves consist of a cylindrical casing, a disc shaped inner steel lid for negative pressure operation, an outside steel ring for excess pressure, gaskets, and a weather protection cover. They are designed to handle sudden excess or suction pressure inside the silo.
POLYMER SPRING-LOADED PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES (VCP-D)
These valves, designed to manage sudden excess or suction pressure inside the silo, comprise a cylindrical casing connected to a spigot on the silo roof, an inner polymer lid for negative pressure operation, an outer steel ring for excess pressure, gaskets, and a weather protection cover. The lid and ring are held in place by central and peripheral spring rods, respectively.
MEMBRANE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES (VHS)
These valves serve the same purpose as the VHS-C valves, providing a safety net against abnormal pressure conditions in silos. However, the VHS valves are the original version, preceding the VHS-C valves. They are also efficient and reliable.
