EFFECTIVE SIZE REDUCTION OF BULK MATERIALS

LUMP BREAKING FEEDER VALVES (LBC)
These valves facilitate safe and efficient segregation of bulk materials prone to lumping during production or storage. Their design promotes gentle crushing, even under a medium-high material column. Comprising a solid cylindrical body, an integrated crushing tool, and a rigid grid, they enhance material flow, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
LUMP BREAKERS (DLP)
These lump breakers, designed to break up friable lumps in bulk materials discharged from silos, bins, or hoppers, are efficient and economical. The DLP lump breaker, with its sturdy and compact design, features a square cross-section casing, two rotating shafts with chopping knives, a lump-holding grid, and four end bearing assemblies.
