BELLOJET™ ZA – TANKER LOADING BELLOWS WITH INTEGRATED DUST COLLECTOR
These loading bellows are the ideal solution for efficient, dust-free loading of dry, dusty bulk solids into tankers. They are weather-proof, durable, highly abrasion and temperature-resistant, and feature a flexible neoprene chute.
TELESCOPIC LOADING BELLOWS FOR LARGE CAPACITIES (ZQ)
These loading bellows are perfect for high capacity, dust-free loading of ships, barges, or stockpiles. They are equipped with internal cones for perfect channelling of the material flow and external bellows for dust extraction.
LOADING BELLOWS FOR LARGE CAPACITIES (ZX)
ZX Loading bellows are used for efficient, dust controlled discharging of dry, dusty bulk solids into ships, barges, or stockpiles. This type of loading spout is provided with inner tapered cones to contain the flow of material and an outer bellows to provide for dust removal.
BELLOJET™ ZC – OPEN TRUCK LOADING BELLOWS WITH INTEGRATED DUST COLLECTOR
These loading bellows are used for efficient dust-controlled discharging of dry, dusty bulk solids into open lorries/trucks. They are provided with inner tapered cones to contain the flow of material and an outer double bellows to provide for dust removal.
TANKER LOADING BELLOWS (ZG)
These loading bellows are ideal for efficient loading of dry, dusty bulk solids into tankers. A solid connection to a centralised filter unit ensures dust-free operation.
OPEN TRUCK LOADING BELLOWS (ZH)
ZH Loading bellows are used for efficient, dust controlled discharging of dry, dusty bulk solids into open lorries or trucks. The loading spouts are provided with inner tapered cones to contain the flow of material and an outer bellows to provide for dust removal.
TANKER LOADING BELLOWS (ZN)
ZN Loading bellows are an economic yet efficient solution for dust-controlled loading of dry, non-dusty bulk solids into tankers. A dust suction inlet or a material level control system inside the tanker are not provided with this model. Its compact overall dimensions make ZN the perfect choice for use where space is limited.
MINIFILL™ ZM – LOADING BELLOWS FOR IBCS AND DRUMS
MINIFILL™ ZM is the perfect choice where space is limited. The suction fan rate can be increased when operating with very fine dust due to a double bellows chute design.
LOADING BELLOWS POSITIONER (TR)
This positioner moves loading bellows horizontally when loading trucks or rail cars. The driver can stop the vehicle in the designated loading area without having to worry about being in the centre of the loading area.
