Spartan has developed an advanced emergency fire evacuation lift. This lift’s standout feature is its customizability to fit the design of existing or new buildings. It’s constructed with a fireproof panel that can withstand fire for up to 2 hours, aiding in the emergency evacuation of people trapped during a fire. The lift is versatile, suitable for all types of construction from 3-storey structures to 60-storey* / 90-storey** buildings. It’s also adaptable to various structures such as residential and commercial high-rise buildings up to 400 metres in height, hospitals, hotels, factories, and refineries. Currently, PWD or BMC approvals are not required for these fire emergency lifts for new projects, making the process more straightforward.
