Cutting edge fluid-dynamic simulation was used to support the design of the paddle profiles and arm connection points. The mixing action was optimised to deliver further mixing advantages for concrete producers, which include improved mix result for small sized aggregate, reduced mixing time, reduced wear on paddle connection points, and less intensive mixer cleaning.
