DISTRICRETE – CONCRETE DISTRIBUTING AND DOSING SYSTEM
The DISTRICRETE system is a portal bridge concrete distributor designed to supply concrete to hollow core lines or moulds or wherever an automatic concrete distribution system is required. It includes concrete dosing devices running on ground rails or overhead rails equipped with a volumetric dosing gate, screw dosing devices, or a rotary valve.
PACKCRETE – TAILOR MADE PACKAGING SYSTEM
The PACKCRETE system is a tailor-made packaging system for the concrete precast industry. It is designed and realised according to specific customer needs, allowing reduced labour costs, high efficiency, and reduced logistic costs.
KANGAROO – PORTAL CONCRETE DOSING SYSTEM
The KANGAROO system can be used as a lifting winch, concrete dosing system, concrete compacting and scrapping system, smoothing device, and cleaning and oil release application. It is designed to be installed in existing bridge cranes and several tools are available as options.
KOALA – MULTI-PURPOSE CONCRETE PROCESSING MACHINE
The KOALA system can be used as a lifting winch, concrete dosing system, concrete compacting and scrapping system, smoothing device, and cleaning and oil release application. It is designed to be installed in existing bridge cranes and several tools are available as options.
TURTLECRETE – CONCRETE BUCKET CONVEYING CART
The TURTLECRETE system is a concrete bucket conveying cart equipped with an electric motor and running on rails. It is designed to convey up to 2 buckets with a capacity of 4500 L of concrete. This system can be provided with an electric cable reel or battery package with radio controls to achieve faster installation and avoid any electric wiring.
PELICAN – CONCRETE FLYING BUCKET
The PELICAN system, designed to optimise manufacturing operations for precast production, is the first flying bucket equipped with automotive axles with mechanical differential. This design guarantees several advantages compared to existing flying buckets, such as reduced wheel wear, fast running speed and installation in complicated layouts.
